Our Employees
Our employees are motivated, talented and diverse group of scientists and support staff. NewLink Genetics was created by entrepreneurial medical scientists trained in molecular oncology, immunology and virology with a vision of creating new therapeutic and diagnostic tools. Management has a proven track record in drug development and achieved milestones. Currently 30 percent of our employees have their PhD or MD or both. Twenty-six percent of our employees are minorities.
