From Interstate 35:

• Take exit 111B onto US Highway 30 West towards Ames
• Travel on US 30 until you reach exit 146 for Elwood Drive
• Take a left (South) on Elwood and go until you reach a stop sign at the intersection with Airport Road
• Take a left at the stop sign and travel East on Airport. Take the first available right (South) onto South Loop Drive.
• Travel on South Loop until you see the second parking lot entrance, turn into the parking lot. NewLink Genetics is now on your left, the main entrance is the first door to the left of the loading dock.
