HyperAcute®-Lung
HyperAcute-Lung cancer immunotherapy, NewLink’s first product candidate based on the HyperAcute platform, entered clinical testing for lung cancer in 2004. Currently, a Phase 2, single-arm, open-label clinical trial is being conducted at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. This study is for patients with refractory, recurrent, or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Its primary objective is to assess tumor response rate after administration of HyperAcute-Lung immunotherapy.
