HyperAcute®-Melanoma
NewLink is currently providing HyperAcute-Melanoma product and collaborating with Dr. Adam Riker at the Ochsner Cancer Institute in New Orleans, Louisiana in support of a Phase 2 investigator-initiated clinical trial studying HyperAcute-Melanoma immunotherapy in combination with PEG-Intron for patients with advanced melanoma. The primary objective of this study is to conduct correlative scientific studies of patient tumor and peripheral blood samples to determine the mechanism of any observed anti-tumor effect involving the innate and cell-mediated host immune response to HyperAcute immunotherapy alone and combined with PEG-Intron.
